4. Booking Process

5. Fees and Payment

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Airline Refunds: Processed directly by the airline. We are not responsible for delays or denials of refunds by the airline.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you will;

Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents
